Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

Yes, we certainly do! We provide convenient pick-up and drop-off services for your dog walking and pet sitting appointments. We'll arrange a suitable time that works for you and your pet.

Do you bring spare leads, towels, treats, and poop bags?

Absolutely! We come fully equipped for every adventure. We carry spare leads, towels for muddy paws, delicious treats (with your permission, of course!), and plenty of poop bags to ensure a clean and responsible walk every time.

What happens during a meet and greet?

We always suggest an official meet and greet with new customers. This meeting typically takes up to an hour at your home, allowing us to go through an agreement form and discuss our terms and conditions in detail. It's also a chance for us to see where collars/harnesses are kept and for us to have a proper introduction to get to know you and your furry friend.

What are your payment terms?

After the meet and greet, we will send over our terms and conditions via email, along with payment details and a copy of our agreement form. For pet sitting customers, we will also send an invoice for the sitting, requiring a 20% deposit to be paid on the day of the meet and greet to secure the booking, as well as the meet and greet deposit.

Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes, for your peace of mind, Lucy Let The Dogs Out is fully insured and DBS checked. Your pet's safety and your security are our top priorities.

What should I know about the meet and greet deposit?

For meet and greets, we require a £10 cash deposit on arrival. This deposit will be used as a credit note and will be deducted from your first service payment. If you have any concerns about this, we're more than happy to arrange a phone call before the meet and greet to discuss any further queries.

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of services tailored to your pet's needs, including solo or group dog walking, dog/cat sitting, and dog/cat pop-ins (30 minutes). We're open to discussing customised packages based on the number of walks a week/month a customer needs and the number of dogs from one household.
