"Lucy stepped in to help with my boy Xavier after we were let down with dog care for our holiday. She has been flexible for us and also did an introduction visit promptly and we booked a trial walk. She is now going to be a regular for him when he is at my parents, as she is simply amazing. Xavier loves her and my mum fed back on how well they have bonded. Lucy has done everything she said she would and sent updates and pictures showing fabulous walks. I really appreciate Lucy and to top it off there are many dog walkers charging extortionate prices giving ridiculous reasons why, when Lucy is such a reasonable rate and does everything a walker should and more. In the hotter temps she has offered earlier walks or considered the safety of Xav. Thank you Lucy! Xavier has made a friend in you, therefore so have we. I cannot be more grateful."
